I have been engaged in writing medico-legal reports since 2004. To date 85% of my reports have been on behalf of claimants.

I have built up an extensive network of referring solicitors. I have currently written over 850 reports with 120 of these being in the last year.

I am regularly asked to provide Fitness to Practice Reports by the General Medical Council, and also "short form"/screening reports for the NHS Litigation Authority and other agencies.

I offer a prompt service and usually undertake to return a report within 4 weeks of accepting instructions. I am happy to accept instructions for personal injury, clinical negligence, and condition and prognosis reports.

I have 21 years experience as a Consultant Urologist and 4 years in Urology training before this. I was Urology Lead Clinician for the department of Urology in Peterborough from June 2001 to April 2016. I was also Cancer Lead for the Urology Department until March 2018.

I am currently Audit and Clinical Governance Lead for the Urology Department.

My main academic interest is the diagnosis and management of prostate cancer.

I was responsible for the development of the Radical Prostatectomy Service in Peterborough until national organisation of cancer services resulted in the relocation of these operations to the Network Cancer Centre.

I am currently working on the development of an Active Surveillance programme in Peterborough and am engaged in discussions with colleagues in the Local Cancer Networkon development of guidelines for the Active Surveillance of Prostate Cancer.

I have 24 years expertise in the diagnosis and management of the following Urological conditions and complaints.
